Requirements for bitch owners.

1: Bitch will have had a recent brucellosis test and the results must be negative and a copy of these negative results will be provided to stud dog owner whether the bitch is to bred naturally or artificially before breeding consent will take place.

2: Bitch must be at least one year of age or older.

3: Bitch must be cleared-fair or better results from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), bitch owner must supply stud owner a copy of the OFA report before breeding consent will take place.

4: Bitch owner will supply stud dog owner with a copy of the actual bitch's AKC registration papers and a copy of a extended pedigree trace( not mandatory) if bitch owner has one in their possession before breeding consent will take place. Last listed owners on registration papers must be the same owners that are conducting the breeding.

5: A show picture if the bitch is pointed or performance picture if performance titled (these can be scanned over or be color copies sent by mail) or if bitch has not been shown, Polaroid type pictures of bitch standing squarely- to include one profile of body of each side and one frontal (head and chest) picture and one from the back or hind end for stud owners records required before breeding consent will take place.
